1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Roofko ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Roofko provides a free solar calculator that estimates solar energy production, savings, and payback period based on roof characteristics and location data. We also operate an installer directory connecting homeowners with solar installation companies.

3. Calculator Estimates

All solar calculations are estimates only. They are based on publicly available irradiance data (PVGIS, NASA Power) and generalized assumptions about panel efficiency, local electricity prices, and system costs. Actual results will vary based on specific equipment, installation quality, shading, local regulations, and other factors. Roofko does not guarantee the accuracy of any calculation.

4. Installer Directory

Installers listed on Roofko are independent businesses. Roofko does not employ, endorse, or guarantee the work quality of any installer. When you request a quote, your contact information is shared directly with the selected installer. Roofko is not a party to any agreement between you and an installer.

5. Installer Accounts

Installers may create paid accounts to be listed in the directory and receive leads. Subscription fees are billed through our payment provider. Installers are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information and must respond to leads in a professional manner.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of Roofko is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roofko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Podgorica, Montenegro.
